SHIPPING:
All orders are collected at 3pm PST each weekday and filed for shipment that day. Orders after 3pm PST will be filed for shipment for the very next business day.
UPS, FED EX, or USPS:
We offer shipping via UPS, FED EX, or USPS in the continental United States. These are our normal carriers, however, we reserve the right to make changes in our shipping agents to better serve your needs.
FOR EVEN FASTER SERVICE:
Third Day, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air delivery service is available for an additional charge. Please specify when ordering.
PRICES:
We strive to offer competitive prices, however, due to unstable market conditions and unforseeable cost increases, OUR PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
DAMAGED GOODS:
Inspect your shipment immediately. If lost or damaged, notify your freight carrier at once. If we can help let us know, however, the responsibility is yours.
RETURNS:
We will gladly accept your returns. HERE IS HOW:
1. All returned parts must be unused and in the original NEW condition.
2. Parts must be returned within 15 business days of being shipped to you.
3. Make sure you include a copy of the original invoice.
4. All returns must be sent using prepaid shipping. A&J Racing does not accept collect shipments. We recommend insuring the part for its full value to protect you against loss or damage during shipping. If A&J Racing has made an error, we will provide you with a shipping label. Original shipping carges are not refundable.
5. A restocking charge of 15% will be deducted from the amount to be refunded unless A&J Racing is in error.
BACK ORDERS:
Though it is our goal to carry as many items as possible, there may be times when orders placed exceed our inventory on-hand. If this is the case, backordered items will be shipped when available, within 30 days. Backorder items not shipped within 30 days will be cancelled automatically. You will not be charged for the items in your order that we backordered, or for items cancelled due to lengthy backorder fulfillment dates. If backorder is not an acceptable solution for you, please specify at time of purchase...
MINIMUM ORDER:
There are no minimum order requirements, but please remember that shipping costs are included in the final price and may exceed the cost of the part(s) ordered. |
